TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GLUZZL website, mobile application, and delivery services. By accessing or using GLUZZL, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use GLUZZL and to place an order for alcohol.
By placing an order through GLUZZL, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in the relevant jurisdiction.
GLUZZL may require age verification at the time of order, including collection of your date of birth and/or other age verification steps required by applicable law. GLUZZL may also require returning customers to re-authenticate or reconfirm their age before subsequent deliveries.
Valid identification may also be required upon delivery. Orders may be refused or not completed if age cannot be satisfactorily verified, if the recipient does not meet applicable legal requirements, or if the recipient appears intoxicated, in accordance with applicable liquor licensing laws and responsible service requirements.
2. SERVICES
GLUZZL provides on-demand delivery of alcohol and related products, subject to product availability, minimum order values, delivery area restrictions, operational capacity, and applicable nightly cut-off times displayed at checkout.
GLUZZL may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of its services, product range, service areas, or delivery availability from time to time.
3. ORDERING & PAYMENT
ORDERING
Orders may be placed via the GLUZZL website or mobile application.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed via Stripe or another payment provider nominated by GLUZZL from time to time.
PRICING
All prices displayed on the platform include GST unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees, service fees, and any other applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
ERRORS
If an item is incorrectly priced, described, or displayed due to an error, GLUZZL reserves the right to cancel the affected order, refuse the order, or issue an appropriate refund.
4. DELIVERY POLICY
Orders must be placed before the applicable nightly cut-off time displayed at checkout for same-night delivery, where available.
Delivery availability, delivery windows, and cut-off times may vary by state, suburb, demand, driver availability, public holidays, and applicable liquor laws.
No deliveries are made on Christmas Day or Good Friday.
Alcohol cannot be left unattended.
Alcohol must be received in person at the nominated delivery address by the purchaser or by an adult recipient nominated or authorised by the purchaser in the order instructions, with age and identity verification completed where required by law.
Drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery address unless otherwise stated by GLUZZL. SMS or other notifications may be sent prior to and upon arrival. If the recipient is unavailable within this time, the order may be returned, cancelled, or marked unsuccessful, and a redelivery fee may apply where a further delivery attempt is requested and accepted by GLUZZL.
Title and risk in the products pass to you upon successful delivery to the purchaser or to an authorised adult recipient in accordance with these Terms.
5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
GLUZZL may charge a service fee in connection with the processing, handling, and fulfilment of orders. Any applicable service fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to any applicable service fee and delivery fee disclosed at checkout.
Orders may be cancelled or amended only before the order status is marked as "Preparing". Once an order has entered the preparation stage, dispatch stage, or delivery stage, it cannot be cancelled, except where required by law.
If an item is unavailable, omitted, substituted with customer approval, or otherwise cannot be supplied, GLUZZL may issue an appropriate partial refund or adjustment for that item.
Any refund issued in such circumstances does not constitute a cancellation or full refund of the entire order unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds are generally not available for:
- orders placed incorrectly by the customer;
- duplicate or additional orders placed by the customer;
- orders placed due to customer misunderstanding or change of mind; or
- refusal or failure to accept delivery where GLUZZL has otherwise complied with these Terms and applicable law.
Once delivery has commenced or is in progress, GLUZZL will only refund the price of any unavailable, omitted, or undelivered product, where applicable. Delivery fees and service fees are non-refundable once delivery has commenced or is in progress, except where required by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
6. DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE & AUTHORISED RECIPIENTS
Delivery is deemed complete only when alcohol is received at the nominated delivery address by the purchaser or by an adult recipient nominated or authorised by the purchaser, and any required age and identity verification has been completed.
Delivery to an authorised adult recipient in accordance with the purchaser’s order instructions constitutes valid delivery on behalf of the purchaser.
GLUZZL is not responsible for internal arrangements between the purchaser and any authorised recipient once delivery has been validly completed in accordance with these Terms.
If no legally eligible recipient is available to accept the order, GLUZZL may refuse, cancel, return, or otherwise not complete the delivery.
7. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL (RSA)
GLUZZL operates in accordance with all applicable responsible service of alcohol laws, liquor licensing requirements, and delivery restrictions.
Alcohol will not be delivered to any person who is under 18 years of age, who cannot satisfactorily verify their age or identity when required, or who appears intoxicated at the time of delivery.
All RSA assessments, including age verification, identity verification, and intoxication assessments, are made based on the observable behaviour, circumstances, and information reasonably available to GLUZZL or its delivery partner at the time of delivery.
If the delivery driver determines that delivery cannot proceed due to RSA concerns, inability to verify age or identity, safety concerns, or other legal compliance requirements, the order may be refused, cancelled, returned, or otherwise not completed.
Any refund in such circumstances will be dealt with in accordance with clause 5 and any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
To the extent that any guarantee, condition, or warranty is implied by law and cannot be excluded, GLUZZL’s liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
9. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & RESPONSIBLE SERVICE
GLUZZL complies with applicable liquor licensing laws, regulations, and responsible service requirements in the jurisdictions in which it operates, including New South Wales and Tasmania.
We do not supply or deliver alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons, and we operate only within applicable permitted sale and delivery hours.
Customers must provide accurate information required for order processing, delivery, age verification, and legal compliance.
Personal information collected in connection with orders, deliveries, age verification, and account use is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and GLUZZL’s Privacy Policy.
10. USER CONDUCT
You agree to:
- provide accurate delivery, contact, payment, and age verification information;
- use the platform legally and responsibly;
- treat GLUZZL staff, support personnel, and delivery partners with respect;
- not misuse, interfere with, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or services; and
- not use GLUZZL for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purpose.
11. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your GLUZZL account and for all activity conducted under your account.
You must promptly notify GLUZZL if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your account.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All GLUZZL content, including branding, logos, text, graphics, images, software, website content, app content, and related intellectual property, is owned by GLUZZL or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or otherwise used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
13. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, GLUZZL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or delay caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.
GLUZZL is also not liable for misuse, mishandling, or improper storage or consumption of products after valid delivery has occurred in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any non-excludable rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify GLUZZL against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the service, fraud, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by GLUZZL’s negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of law.
15. ADDITIONAL TERMS
SPAM & COMMUNICATIONS
Marketing communications are sent only with your consent where required by law. Unsubscribe options are provided in marketing communications where applicable.
ORDER COMMUNICATIONS
You agree to receive essential service communications relating to your order, including order confirmations, delivery updates, customer service responses, and issue resolution messages.
SUBSTITUTIONS
With your approval, GLUZZL may offer similar or higher-value substitutions when necessary. If you do not approve a proposed substitution, GLUZZL may instead issue a refund or adjustment for the affected item.
PURCHASE LIMITS
Quantity limits, minimum order values, suburb restrictions, and product restrictions may apply to ensure fairness, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
GLUZZL is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, traffic disruptions, government actions, industrial action, pandemics, technology failures, third-party service outages, or logistical disruptions.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of GLUZZL will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
GLUZZL may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business operations.
Any updated version will be posted on the GLUZZL website and/or app with an updated effective date.
Changes will apply from the date they are published and will not affect orders already accepted before that date, unless required by law or expressly communicated to the customer.
By continuing to use GLUZZL after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms in relation to future use of the platform and future orders.
