We will acknowledge and investigate privacy complaints within a reasonable period and generally aim to respond within 30 days.

If GLUZZL becomes aware of an eligible data breach involving personal information and the breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will take steps required under applicable law, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

GLUZZL is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
